Infused Hatha and Vinyasa practices. Hatha is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) which help bring peace to the mind and body. Vinyasa means movement syncrhonised with breath, a continuous flow from one movement to the next.

A class specially aimed at true beginners to yoga. If you have never stepped in a yoga studio before, have only attended a few classes or just want a gentle flow to start your day then this is the class for you. A beautiful mix of Hatha and gentle Vinyasa.
Vinyasa means movement synchronized with breath. This is a more vigorous style based on a rapid flow through sun salutations and a continuous flow from one movement to the next. All levels welcome.
