Beginner Yoga

Infused Hatha and Vinyasa practices. Hatha is an old system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises) which help bring peace to the mind and body. Vinyasa means movement synchronised with breath, a continuous flow from one movement to the next.

General Yoga

Vinyasa means movement synchronised with breath. This is a more vigorous style based on a rapid flow through sun salutations and a continuous flow from one movement to the next.  All levels welcome.

Private Classes
